We provide paid repairs for Narwal, Ecovacs, and Segway products by our skilled technical team from Atravesar Services.

This fee covers the inspection and diagnosis of your product. If you proceed with the recommended repair, the inspection fee will be credited toward the total repair cost. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, the inspection fee is non-refundable.
